InkFrog shut down on June 1, 2026, but your eBay listings didn't go down with it. They're still live on eBay, so migrating from InkFrog to Voolist takes about 10 to 15 minutes: connect eBay, import your listings in one click, add your old InkFrog CSV and HTML templates, and you're managing your store again.
This guide walks through each step. It also covers what happened to InkFrog's CSV export, templates and images, and what to look for in an InkFrog alternative. InkFrog sellers get 25% off their first 3 months with code INKFROG25.
What Happened to InkFrog?
InkFrog shut down on June 1, 2026. It told users by email on April 29, 2026 that it was closing, and it kept working until the shutdown date. InkFrog had been part of Wix since 2020, when Wix bought the company.
You can't log in to InkFrog anymore. The app, the help center and the image server are all offline, and InkFrog's website no longer leads to the product.
Here's what that means for your store:
- Your eBay listings are still live. They live on eBay, not on InkFrog, so they kept running after the shutdown.
- InkFrog's tools are gone. Listing, bulk editing, templates, inventory sync and the CSV export all went with it.
- Anything InkFrog hosted stopped loading. Images on its image server (
imgs.inkfrog.com) and the template parts it hosted no longer show inside your listings. - Nothing is syncing your stock. If InkFrog kept eBay in step with another sales channel, that stopped too, so an item that sells in one place can stay live in the other.
Your listings are fine. They just have nothing managing them, and the steps below fix that in one sitting.
Can You Still Export Your InkFrog Listings?
No. InkFrog's CSV export closed along with the rest of the service, so there's no way to download your data from InkFrog now. Your listings aren't lost, though. You have three ways forward:
- Import from eBay (fastest). Connect eBay to Voolist and import your listings in one click, with titles, descriptions, prices, item specifics and photos. For everything that's live, this does the job of the export.
- Use the CSV you saved. If you downloaded an InkFrog CSV before the shutdown, upload it with Voolist's CSV import. It's how you bring back drafts and items that weren't live on eBay.
- Download a backup from eBay. Want a spreadsheet for your records? In eBay Seller Hub, go to Reports, then Download, and download a Listings report. eBay's Seller Hub Reports help page shows each step.
Before You Start: What You'll Need
Have these ready before you begin:
- Your eBay account, with your listings still live. Voolist imports straight from eBay, so that's where your InkFrog listings come from now.
- About 10 to 15 minutes. The import runs in the background, so most of that time is waiting.
- Your InkFrog CSV, if you saved one. It brings back the drafts and ended items that aren't on eBay.
- Your template HTML, if you used InkFrog templates. A saved copy works, or any live eBay listing that uses the template.
Step 1: Create Your Voolist Account
Head to app.voolist.com/auth/register and create your account with your email and a password.
At checkout, you pick a plan. Here's what each one costs, including your INKFROG25 price:
| Starter | Pro | Power | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $19.99 | $29.99 | $49.99 |
| First 3 months with INKFROG25 | $14.99 | $22.49 | $37.49 |
| Billed yearly (per month) | $16.70 | $25 | $41.70 |
Every plan includes every feature, with no add-ons: cross-listing to all 7 platforms, inventory sync, bulk cross-listing and bulk edits, the AI listing assistant, templates, CSV import and free photo hosting. Plans differ only in how much they hold (active listings, drafts, monthly AI credits and accounts per platform), and Power adds priority sync and priority support. The pricing page has the details.

Sign Up and Apply CodeStep 2: Connect Your eBay Account
Once you're in, connect eBay first.
- Go to My Stores in the app.
- Click Connect eBay.
- eBay opens its own sign-in and approval page. This is eBay's official connection for approved apps, so you never share your eBay password with Voolist.
- Click Authorize on the eBay page.
- You land back in Voolist with eBay connected.
It takes less than a minute. Once connected, Voolist can read your active eBay listings for the import. Our eBay page shows everything Voolist does on eBay.
Your eBay account stays safe. Voolist connects to eBay through eBay's official API. Importing only reads your listings, so your seller metrics, feedback score and account standing stay as they are.
Step 3: Import Your eBay Listings
This is the heart of the migration. Instead of rebuilding listings by hand, Voolist pulls them straight from eBay.
- Go to the Inventory section in Voolist.
- Click Import.
- Select eBay as the source.
- Choose the listings to import, or select all.
- Click Import and let Voolist do the work.
Voolist brings in:
- Titles
- Descriptions
- Prices and quantities
- Product photos
- Categories and item specifics
The import runs in the background. A small catalog takes seconds, while hundreds or thousands of listings can take several minutes. You can keep using the app while it runs.
Selling some of the same items on Etsy or Shopify too? Import from those platforms as well. Duplicate detection spots the repeats and lets you merge them, so each item lives in Voolist once.
Direct InkFrog CSV Import
If you saved a CSV export from InkFrog before it closed, upload it with Voolist's CSV import, match the columns to Voolist's fields, and your listings come in.
Use the CSV for listings that weren't live on eBay, such as drafts and ended items. Anything live is better imported from eBay, which also keeps you from bringing in the same item twice.
One catch: photo links in the file that point to InkFrog's image server no longer work. Add those photos from your own copies.
Between the one-click eBay import and the CSV upload, every listing you still have a record of has a clear path into Voolist.
Step 4: Review Your Imported Listings
When the import finishes, open Inventory and spot-check a few listings:
- Titles and descriptions. Make sure they came through correctly.
- Pricing. Check that prices match eBay.
- Photos. Confirm your product images show properly.
- Quantities. Check that stock counts are right.
If something needs a fix, edit the listing. To change many at once, use bulk edits: reprice by a percentage, run a discount, edit titles, or add labels and tags. When you edit a listing in Voolist, the live listing updates on every platform it's on, with no delist or relist.
Your photos are covered. Photos that come in with your eBay import are hosted by Voolist for free. For CSV listings whose photo links pointed to InkFrog's image server, upload those photos again from your own files.
Step 5: Connect Additional Platforms (Optional but Recommended)
This is where your listings start reaching more buyers. With your eBay listings in Voolist, you can publish them to six more platforms.
Go back to My Stores and connect the platforms you want:
- Poshmark (clothing, shoes and accessories)
- Depop (vintage and streetwear, popular with younger buyers)
- Etsy (handmade, vintage and unique items)
- Shopify (your own online store)
- WooCommerce (a store on your own WordPress site)
- BigCommerce (a hosted online store)
Here's how each one connects:
- eBay, Etsy and Shopify: through each platform's official API.
- BigCommerce: through secure authorization.
- WooCommerce: connect your store URL and approve.
- Poshmark and Depop: through the Voolist Chrome extension, which Voolist uses only for these two.
You don't need all of them. Start where your items are most likely to sell: Poshmark and Etsy are good next steps if you sell clothing, vintage or handmade. Mercari, Vinted, Whatnot and Grailed are coming soon.
Running two eBay stores, or two Shopify stores? From Pro, Voolist connects two accounts on any platform, all from one login.
Step 6: Cross-List Your Inventory
With your platforms connected and your listings imported, you can start cross-listing.
- Go to Inventory.
- Select the listings you want on other platforms, one by one or in bulk.
- Choose the platforms.
- Click Cross-List.
Your listings go live on the platforms you picked. You write the details once, and Voolist maps them to each platform's categories and fields. Pick "T-shirt" for Poshmark, for example, and Depop and eBay get their matching category and fields.
Want something different on one platform, like a lower price on Depop or a new title for Poshmark? Set a different price, title and description per platform on the same form before you publish. It's optional. New to all this? Our guide on how to cross-list covers the basics.
Bulk Cross-Listing
Got a big catalog? With bulk cross-listing, select as many listings as you like, add any missing details in one short step, and publish. They go live on every platform you chose, in batches, in the background, and you can track progress as each one goes live.
Step 7: Verify Inventory Sync Is Active
If InkFrog kept your stock in sync, this is the step to check. Voolist handles it automatically.
Once a listing is on more than one platform, inventory sync is on by default:
- When an item sells on one platform, Voolist detects the sale and takes it off your other platforms in seconds, on every plan.
- For multi-quantity items, Voolist lowers the count everywhere and delists the item when stock hits zero.
- There's nothing to set up.
Everything runs in the background, even with your laptop closed. The one exception is Depop, which needs your browser open; any Depop updates go out as soon as you open it again.
Want to see it work? List a test item on two platforms, mark it as sold in Voolist, and check that it comes off the other one.

Start Your MigrationWhat Happens to Your InkFrog Data After June 1?
Since InkFrog closed, anything stored only inside InkFrog is out of reach, while everything that lived on eBay is still there. Here's where each part of your InkFrog data stands, and how it gets into Voolist:
| Your InkFrog data | Where it stands now | How it gets into Voolist |
|---|---|---|
| Live eBay listings | Still live on eBay | One-click eBay import, photos included |
| Drafts and items only in InkFrog | Gone with InkFrog | Your saved InkFrog CSV, through CSV import |
| HTML templates | Code still in your eBay descriptions, but the parts InkFrog hosted no longer load | Paste the HTML into the template manager |
| Photos in your eBay gallery | Stored by eBay, still showing | Come in with the eBay import |
| Images on InkFrog's image server | Offline | Upload again from your own copies |
If your listings are live on eBay, the important part is safe: Voolist imports them straight from eBay. If you had listings that existed only in InkFrog, your saved CSV is the way back.
How Do You Fix InkFrog Templates After the Shutdown?
Move the template into Voolist and replace the parts that loaded from InkFrog's servers. Your template's HTML is still in your eBay listings' descriptions; what broke is anything the template pulled from InkFrog, such as images, logos and banners. Voolist's template manager takes your existing HTML, and reusable templates are included on every plan.
Why did InkFrog templates break?
InkFrog templates loaded some of their parts from InkFrog's own servers. Images often sat on InkFrog's image server, imgs.inkfrog.com, which went offline with the shutdown.
So your listings are still live, but buyers may see broken image icons, missing logos and banners, or a plain layout where your design used to be. Your title, price, item specifics and photo gallery are stored by eBay, so those still show.
How to move an InkFrog template into Voolist
- Get the HTML. Use the copy you saved, or open an eBay listing that uses the template and copy the HTML from its description.
- Find what InkFrog hosted. Search the code for
inkfrog.com. Every link that contains it points to a server that's gone. - Replace those parts. Upload the images (logos, banners, graphics) to Voolist and swap in the new links, or delete the parts you don't need.
- Save it in Voolist. Open the template manager, create a new template, paste your HTML and save it.
- Apply it. Pick the template on any listing, and your design is back.
You can also edit your templates or build new ones from scratch, and every saved template works on any listing.
What happened to images hosted by InkFrog?
They went offline with InkFrog's image server, and there's no way to download them from InkFrog now. Photos stored by eBay are fine, and they come into Voolist with the eBay import, where Voolist hosts them for free. For images that only lived on InkFrog's server, upload them again to Voolist from your own copies.
Which InkFrog Alternative Should You Pick?
Pick one that brings your listings over on day one and covers the jobs InkFrog did for you: templates, photo hosting and stock sync. Voolist does all of that on every plan, from $19.99 a month, and adds six more platforms when you're ready.
When you compare tools like InkFrog, check this list:
| What you need after InkFrog | How Voolist does it |
|---|---|
| Bring your listings over | One-click eBay import, plus CSV import for your InkFrog file |
| Keep your listing design | Reusable HTML templates, with your old template code pasted in |
| Host your photos | Free photo hosting |
| Stop double sales | A sale on one platform comes off the others in seconds |
| Edit in bulk | Reprice by a percentage, run discounts, edit titles, add labels and tags |
| Run more than one eBay store | Two accounts on any platform from Pro, all from one login |
| Turn watchers into buyers | Automatic offers to eBay watchers |
| Sell beyond eBay | Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce |
| Keep your data yours | Free data export, any time |
| A fair price | From $19.99 a month, every feature on every plan, no add-ons |
That data row matters more after InkFrog. You've seen what happens when a tool you rely on closes, so with Voolist you can export your data for free whenever you like.
Voolist also works wherever you sell from: the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU. And when you need a hand, live chat and email support come with every plan:
"Voolist has honestly saved me so much time every week. What used to take hours now just takes a few clicks. The support team is also incredible, every time I've had a question, they've responded quickly and really made me feel valued."
- Leslea Tash, Full-Time Reseller

Tips for a Smooth Migration
Start with your best sellers. Import and check your top listings first, then bring over the rest. You'll catch any issue early, on the items that matter most.
Connect eBay first, other platforms second. Get your eBay listings imported and checked before you connect more marketplaces. One step at a time keeps things simple.
Use the AI listing assistant. Moving to new platforms is a good moment to refresh old listings. Voolist's AI writing assistant writes titles and descriptions from your product photos. Your plan includes monthly credits, and 1 credit writes 1 full listing.
Fix each template once. A template saved in Voolist works on every listing you apply it to, so repair each design one time and reuse it.
Schedule what you're not ready to post. Bringing back old drafts? Schedule listings to publish at a set date and time instead of all at once.
Take advantage of delist and relist. Marketplace search tends to favor fresh listings. After migrating, use Voolist's delist and relist to refresh older items in a few clicks.
Ask for help. If anything trips you up, Voolist's support team is on live chat and email.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I move from InkFrog to Voolist?
Create a Voolist account (code INKFROG25 takes 25% off your first 3 months), connect eBay in My Stores, and import your listings from Inventory in one click. Then upload your InkFrog CSV for anything that wasn't live on eBay, paste your HTML templates into the template manager, and start cross-listing. The setup takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
How long does the migration take?
About 10 to 15 minutes for the setup. Creating your account and connecting eBay takes a minute or two, and the import runs on its own, from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on catalog size. Reviewing listings and connecting more platforms adds a few minutes more.
Do I need to keep InkFrog active during migration?
No. InkFrog has shut down, and you don't need it: Voolist imports your listings straight from eBay. As long as your listings are live on eBay, the migration works.
Can I still log in to InkFrog?
No. InkFrog has shut down, and its app and image server are offline. Your listings are still live on eBay, so connect eBay to Voolist and import them to manage them again.
Will my eBay listings be affected during migration?
No. Importing into Voolist only reads your eBay listings. Your active listings, seller metrics and feedback score stay as they are.
Can I import listings from platforms other than eBay?
Yes. Voolist imports in one click from all 7 platforms: eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. If an item shows up on more than one, duplicate detection lets you merge the repeats.
What if I have more listings than my plan allows?
Import your best sellers first and add the rest as you grow, or move up a plan from inside the app whenever you need more room. Every plan has every feature, so moving up only adds capacity. The pricing page lists what each plan holds.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. You get a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you migrate and decide Voolist isn't for you, you get a full refund within 14 days.
Can I use Voolist if I only sell on eBay?
Yes. You can use Voolist purely as your eBay tool, with listings, templates, bulk edits, automatic offers to watchers and free photo hosting. Cross-listing is there when you're ready, but you never have to use it.
Where do I enter the INKFROG25 promo code?
Enter INKFROG25 at checkout when you pick your plan. It takes 25% off your first 3 months.
How much does Voolist cost with INKFROG25?
Voolist costs $19.99 a month for Starter, $29.99 for Pro and $49.99 for Power. With INKFROG25, your first 3 months cost $14.99, $22.49 or $37.49 a month. Billed yearly, the plans work out to $16.70, $25 and $41.70 a month, and every plan includes every feature.
Can I import my InkFrog CSV export directly?
Yes. Upload the file with Voolist's CSV import, match the columns, and your listings come in. Use it for items that weren't live on eBay, and expect to add photos again where the file links to InkFrog's image server.
What happens to my product images after InkFrog shuts down?
Images on InkFrog's image server went offline with the shutdown. Photos stored by eBay, like your listing's photo gallery, still show, and they come into Voolist with the eBay import. Voolist then hosts your photos for free.
Can I recover my InkFrog images?
Not from InkFrog: its image server is offline, so those files can't be downloaded anymore. Start with eBay, because photos in your listings' galleries are stored there and come over with the import. For anything else, use your own copies.
I have 10,000+ listings. Can Voolist handle that?
Yes. Power is made for large catalogs, and you can raise your listing allowance from inside the app as you grow. Moving a very large InkFrog catalog? Message us on live chat and we'll help you pick the right size.
What about my InkFrog HTML templates?
Bring them to Voolist. Copy the template's HTML from your saved copy or a live eBay listing, replace anything that loaded from InkFrog's servers, and paste it into Voolist's template manager. Reusable HTML templates are included on every plan, and you can build new ones from scratch too.
Is Voolist a good InkFrog replacement?
Yes, if you want your eBay listings back under control quickly. Voolist imports from eBay in one click, takes your InkFrog CSV, keeps your HTML templates and hosts your photos for free. It also adds six more platforms, with every feature on every plan from $19.99 a month.
InkFrog is gone, but your listings aren't. Import them from eBay, add your CSV and templates, and you're selling again today, on eBay and on six more platforms if you want them. 2900+ resellers already use Voolist.
